Chelsea captain John Terry and midfielder Eden Hazard will be fit for Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid but keeper Petr Cech is out.
Centre-back Terry injured his ankle in the goalless first leg, and Cech dislocated his shoulder.
Hazard, could play for the first time since 8 April and Samuel Eto'o is fit.
Atletico captain Gabi is suspended, with ex-Chelsea midfielder Tiago Mendes expected to take his place.
Blues coach Jose Mourinho said after the first leg in Spain that both Cech and Terry would miss the rest of the Premier League season, with the Portuguese stating that Terry would only feature again if his club reached the Champions League final on 24 May.
However the 33-year-old trained with the team on Tuesday and is likely to be joined by Gary Cahill, Cesar Azpilicueta and Branislav Ivanovic in defence for the Stamford Bridge match, as Chelsea bid to play in their third European final in as many years.
Terry has played 45 times this season and though his contract is set to expire in the summer, he revealed in Tuesday's pre-match news conference that he was hopeful of a new deal, with talks ongoing.

Mourinho to stay at Chelsea 'forever'
Cech's presence in Tuesday's training session was to show the squad's solidarity according to Mourinho as the Czech keeper is not ready for a return against the La Liga leaders.
"Everybody's ready and he's ready and that's the message we wanted to give," said Mourinho, 51. "His condition doesn't allow him to play, but that is the message from him and the group."
Mark Schwarzer, who has kept two clean sheets in successive outings in Cech's absence, could start in goal.
Midfielders John Mikel Obi and Frank Lampard miss out through suspension and Chelsea, the 2013 Europa League winners, will also be without Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah who are both cup tied.
