I Can Handle Criticism –Agbim
Super Eagles goalkeeper Chigozie Agbim says he is unfazed by the barage of criticism that has continued to trail his inclusion into the Brazil 2014 World Cup squad.
Agbim told Kick off Nigeria that he has learnt to develop a thick skin to absorb whatever criticism that comes his way, adding that he is ready to play at the World Cup.
He waved off the notion that Daniel Akpeyi’s presence in the team would pose a stiff competition that might upstage him from the Super Eagles team for the mundial.
“The World Cup is what every player desires. It’s the highest footballing level in the world. That’s the most important thing one is looking for in his career as a player so it’s very important to me.
“It is only God that has the final say. Whatever he says will happen is what will happen. For me, I will just keep doing my best and training hard in camp and believe God that my best will be good enough.
“I never take notice of what people say.
