Mother Of Abducted Chibok Girl Dies

The mother of one of the Chibok school girls abducted by Boko Haram has been confirmed dead. The deceased identified as Mary Paul Lalai reportedly collapsed and died of heart attack after she got the news of the girls abduction. Aimu Fona, a member representing Chibok constituency in the State House of Assembly disclosed this to newsmen. The deceased has since been buried according to Christian rites at the Mbulabam Village in Chibok Local Government Area of Borno State. The late Mary’s husband who is mourning her is still hoping for the release of two of his daughters who are among the girls still held hostage by the dreaded sect.
