record signing Brown Ideye has been expressing his joy since he sealed a
move to the EPL club.
The former Ocean Boys of Brass striker who started his football career with Bayelsa United posted on his Instagram page (@Ideyebrown) “West Bromwich Albion, my heart, my body my soul” he wrote again “ EPL here I come, thanks to everyone who made this possible,” #GreatGod.
In his first interview with the club official website wba.co.uk, Ideye couldn’t hide his joy, according to Ideye ‘he has been waiting for such opportunity all his life ‘while he acknowledged that it’s a great opportunity for him to prove himself.
“I’ve been waiting for this moment all my life, to be at this club and play in England,” he said. I think this is a great opportunity for me to prove myself and do my best for the team.” Ideye told wba.co.uk
The new West Bromwich Albion arrival, penned a three-year contract, plus a further year’s option in the club’s favour.
The Nigeria international didn’t make the Super Eagles team to the just concluded FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
