Ibrahimovic, 33, sat out the 3-1 defeat in Paris through suspension but is back - as is midfielder Marco Verratti.
Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta is fit despite leaving the field on a stretcher during last week's first leg.
Luis Suarez - scorer of two superb goals in that game - will play alongside Lionel Messi and Neymar.
PSG captain Thiago Silva will miss out through injury. He was replaced during the first leg by former Chelsea defender David Luiz.

PSG need to score at least three times to prevent Barca from reaching the semi-finals but Barca coach Luis Enrique was in cautious mood during Monday's news conference.
He said: "The result of the first leg is good but it is not definitive. We need to play really well to to get through the tie.
"The idea is the same as before the first leg: to have the ball. That brings with it putting pressure on our rivals."
PSG boss Laurent Blanc conceded that his side's chances of pulling off a famous win are slim but believes that the French champions will create chances.
He said: "We know the task is extremely difficult. Our problem is that we have to score, but I do believe we will have plenty of chances to do so.
"We have nothing to lose and we hope to prove we are better than we were in the first leg.
"The result last week would have been the same with our without our injured players. I would love to have all the players available for the first and second leg, but that can't happen. We can't complain about that because Barcelona dominated the game in Paris.
"PSG are building a great club and Barcelona is already a great club. We know we are not here on a school trip, we also know Barcelona will want to win so we have to be strong and solid."
