Jose Mourinho has revealed when he will start working again
Jose Mourinho has his next job worked out — although the whereabouts of that job remains a subject of conjecture.
BT Sport journalist Matt Smith revealed on Twitter on Thursday night that Mourinho had told him in an interview that he would be joining his next club “in July.”
Mourinho did not make the assertion on camera, though Smith confirmed that the 54-year-old’s agent, Jorge Mendes, was present when he spoke.

In February, Bedy Moratti, a director at one of his previous clubs, Inter Milan, revealed to the Italian press that Mourinho would be “going to Manchester” following a lunch in Milan with the Portuguese.
Earlier that month, he said to the Mail on Sunday that he would be back in management “soon,” while the Manchester Evening News claims there is a “gentlemen’s agreement” between Mourinho and United for him to replace Louis Van Gaal.
Van Gaal has come under renewed pressure following a poor performance against Liverpool in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday. Goals from Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino condemned United to a 2-0 loss in the Round of 16 first leg, leaving them with an uphill task to qualify in the return leg next Thursday.
Defeat over the two legs would be a significant blow to United’s hopes of qualifying for next season’s UEFA Champions League, as it lies three points behind fourth-placed Manchester City in the English Premier League, having played a game more.
