Suspected teenage kidnapper who deliver victims to her Uncle arrested in Rivers state[photos]

A suspected female teenage kidnapper in Rivers state has been arrested by the police for allegedly delivering victims to her uncle for rituals. 16-year-old Miracle Chibuzor was reported to have been arrested after being caught while trying to deliver 4-year-old Destiny Gabriel. However, little Gabriel was already declared missing by her parents in Igbo-Ecthe, Rivers state. According to Police Friend Campaign who shared the news on Instagram, they posted the picture of the teenager sitting on the floor with the caption:16-year-old Miracle Chibuzor with 6-year-old Destiny Gabriel
