Court Remands Man In Prison For Allegedly Killing 6-Yr-Old Son

LOKOJA—A Lokoja Chief Magistrate Court yesterday ordered a 27-year-old aluminium fabricator, Abdulmalik Aliyu to be remanded in Federal Prisons, Koton-Karfe for allegedly killing his six-year-old son, Sadiq Abdulmalik in cold blood. The Chief Magistrate of the court, Alhassan Husaini gave the order in his ruling on arraignment of the accused, charged with culpable homicide; contrary to Section 221 of the Penal Code law. According to the police First Information Report, FIR, read by the prosecuting police officer, C.S.
